20 Bananas S.L., a company domiciled in Málaga, Av. Louis Pasteur, 47, 29010 Malaga Office 111 and with C.I.F. B-93246791 (“20 BANANAS”), is the owner of the website located at the domain name www.20bananas.com (the “Website”) and of the mobile applications for smartphones called 20 Bananas available on Google Play and App Store (the “Mobile Apps”).

This Privacy Policy applies both to the Website, meaning all pages and subpages included in it, and to the Mobile App. 20 BANANAS disclaims any responsibility for the different privacy policies and protection of personal data that may contain the web pages that can be accessed through the hyperlinks located on the Website and Mobile Apps and not directly managed by 20 BANANAS.

This policy has been configured in strict compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, that is, among others, the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (the “LOPD”) and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, 2007, which approves the Regulation of development of the LOPD.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and its implementing regulations, 20 BANANAS informs users that the data provided when registering by completing the registration form through the Website or Mobile Apps (the “Registration Form”) will be incorporated into an automated file duly registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection for which 20 BANANAS is responsible.

The completion of the Registration Form by users necessarily implies, without reservation, knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy, for which they must validate the box provided for this purpose in the Registration Form. Therefore, it is recommended that the user reads it carefully when completing the Registration Form.

The personal data provided by users will be processed for the purpose of managing relationships with other users of the Website and Mobile Apps. These personal data may also be processed for the purpose of generating user profiles and sending them, by electronic, postal and telephone (including SMS alerts, or other similar means of messaging) personalized commercial information that may be of interest to them about products or services related to those offered by 20 BANANAS as long as they have previously given their consent, as well as participating in satisfaction surveys.

Personal data collected through the Website or Mobile Apps will not be transferred to any third party, except in specific cases where such transfer is covered by the Data Protection Act and may only be accessed by 20 BANANAS staff and by those third parties that provide services to 20 BANANAS related to the above purposes.

Users must notify 20 BANANAS any changes that occur in the data provided, responding in any case of the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided at all times. 20 BANANAS will try to diligently check the veracity of such data, reserving, where appropriate and without prejudice to other actions that may apply, the right not to register or to deregister those users who provide false or incomplete data. Such prior verification does not imply in any case the assumption by 20 BANANAS of any liability for damages that may arise from the falsity or inaccuracy of the data provided, for which the user will be solely responsible.
